This blog is my personal running journey! I began running on my own, and now I find myself surrounded by awesome women, mothers, friends, and family! I felt the need to put it in a blog for me to reflect on why I run, and so I can continue to inspire more people to run with me :)

JellyBean Virtual 5K
This is an annual virtual race that is put together by RunWithJess.com. She is a blogger I started following some time ago, and as a busy mom and runner, I related to her and love reading her posts. The JellyBean Virtual race gives participants the option to run various distances or even bike from March 20-31, 2013, to be given prize entries. This year, Run Mama Run decided to enter as a Team. Unfortunately, this years horribly cold and miserable Winter/start to Spring has made for less than optimal conditions for group runs. Half of the team was able to come out at least for the photo opp, then participated in the run when they could :)
